1. Who Is Collecting Your Information

HealthSales Careers is the recruitment platform described in this document. The operator's legal name has not yet been published on this page.

The operator is organized in Florida, United States.

HealthSales Careers recruits sales professionals for participating companies. Those organizations are independently operated. When your background fits an opening, authorized hiring contacts at the relevant organization can review your application.

Which organization might eventually employ you depends on the preferences you select, your qualifications, which assignments are open at the time, and the hiring decisions of that organization. Applying does not assign you to a specific employer.

2. Categories of Applicant Information

Information you supply

• Contact and identifying information: name, email, mobile number, optional WhatsApp number, city, state or province, country and preferred contact method
• Employment and professional history: recent position, employer, dates, responsibilities and reason for leaving
• Language proficiency, including which languages you sell in
• Sales and industry experience, including high-value sales, CRM platforms and healthcare or aesthetics experience
• Work authorization and sponsorship responses, and confirmation that you are at least 18
• Schedule availability, work-arrangement preference, compensation expectations and start-date information
• Written answers to three sales scenarios
• Your resume, and an optional cover letter
• An optional recorded audio introduction
• How you heard about the position, and a referral name if you have one

Information created during recruitment

• An automated organizational score from your structured answers
• Manual reviewer scores for scenarios and audio
• Interview records, scorecards and outcomes
• Recruitment status, status history and recruiter assignment
• Internal recruitment notes
• Communication and email delivery records
• Review flags, including duplicate-application indicators
• Advisory notes produced by automated tools for authorized recruiters: rubric observations on your written scenario answers, job-related strengths and areas to explore in an interview, suggested participating-organization matches, and a non-conclusive AI-use likelihood signal. These support human review, never make the final hiring decision, are never treated as proof, and stay subject to the same retention and privacy rules as the rest of your application.
• Technical and security information such as timestamps and administrative audit entries

The public application does not ask for a Social Security number, bank or payment information, or medical records. Please do not include that information in your answers or uploads.

3. Why the Information Is Collected

• Detecting duplicate submissions and preventing fraudulent applications
• Protecting the platform and the files stored in it

• Supporting legitimate hiring administration

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment.

4. Scoring and Human Decision-Making

Automated scoring helps authorized recruitment personnel organize applications. Employment decisions require human review.

• Your structured answers generate an organizational score that helps recruiters sort and prioritize applications.
• Some parts — your written scenarios and your optional audio introduction — are scored manually by a reviewer.
• Your score is internal. It is not shown to you and it is not published anywhere.
• The score is never the sole basis for a decision about you.
• A review flag, such as a possible duplicate application, asks a person to look more closely. It does not reject you.
• Recruiters may also use internal AI tools to help review your written answers, to estimate whether an answer was likely written with substantial AI assistance, and to suggest which participating organization could be a fit. These outputs are advisory only, are never shown to you, and are never the sole basis for a decision.
• Using writing assistance is not treated as misconduct on its own, and an AI-use estimate is never treated as proof.
• Authorized recruitment personnel make the final decision, with the hiring organization where relevant.

5. Who May Receive Applicant Information

• Authorized HealthSales Careers recruitment personnel
• Authorized hiring personnel at the participating companies considering your application
• Cloud hosting, database and file-storage providers that run the recruitment platform
• A transactional email provider used to deliver recruitment correspondence
• Legal or professional advisers, where needed
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law

Access is based on role and recruitment purpose. Hiring managers see only the applicants assigned to them, internal notes are further restricted, and your uploaded files are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links issued to authorized personnel.

Applicant information is not added to patient or consumer promotional marketing lists merely because someone submits an employment application.

6. How Long Information Is Kept

How long an application record is kept depends on the recruitment purpose it still serves, the applicant's status, applicable employment-record obligations, potential or actual legal claims, legal holds, requirements of the participating organization involved, the retention policy configured by our administrators, and our security and audit obligations.

Applicant records are generally retained for up to 12 months after the relevant recruitment activity or decision, unless a longer period is required or permitted for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, a legal hold, or another legitimate recruitment purpose.

How different records are treated

• Submitted applications remain available to authorized recruitment personnel while the application is under consideration.
• Rejected or withdrawn applications are retained for the period needed for recordkeeping and legal-claim purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
• Records for applicants who are hired by a participating organization may be retained under that organization's employment recordkeeping requirements.
• Temporary uploads from applications that are never submitted are removed on a short cycle.
• Communication logs and email delivery records are retained to evidence recruitment correspondence.
• Security and audit records are retained separately, may outlive the application record, and are limited to what is needed for accountability.
• Anonymized records no longer identify an applicant and may be retained for operational reporting.

A legal hold placed on a record suspends deletion and anonymization until the hold is cleared. A deletion request does not override retention that is legally required, needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or covered by an active legal hold; where that applies we tell you and delete the record once the obligation ends.

7. Applicant Choices and Contact Information

• Update your answers before you submit — the form lets you move back through every step.
• Ask us to correct information after you submit.
• Withdraw from consideration at any time.
• Request a copy of your application information, where that right applies to you.
• Request deletion or anonymization of your record, where that right applies to you.
• Ask for help completing any part of the application or interview process.
• Ask a question about the recruitment process.
• Report a message you believe is recruitment fraud impersonating us.
