Effective August 6, 2026 · Last updated August 6, 2026
This document is current and accurate as to how the platform operates today. Some legal identity and jurisdictional details are still being finalized with counsel, so it should not be treated as a final, counsel-approved notice. Questions can be sent to the privacy contact below.
1. Scope and Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on the HealthSales Careers public website and recruitment platform, including the online employment application, recruitment correspondence and the administrative tools used to review applications.
It applies to applicants, prospective applicants who begin but do not submit an application, visitors to the public pages, and anyone who receives recruitment communications from us.
Participating companies referenced on this site are independently operated. HealthSales Careers recruits sales professionals for those organizations and does not own or control them.
If you are hired, the organization that employs you will handle your employment information under its own policies. Those policies are separate from this one and are not published here.
2. Who Operates the Platform
HealthSales Careers is the recruitment platform described in this document. The operator's legal name has not yet been published on this page.
The operator is organized in Florida, United States.

Applicant information is not added to patient or consumer promotional marketing lists merely because someone submits an employment application.
We may use information for an additional purpose where the law requires it, where it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform, or where it is needed to respond to a legal claim.
6. Automated Scoring and Human Review
Automated scoring helps authorized recruitment personnel organize applications. Employment decisions require human review.
The platform applies a structured, rules-based score to the answers you give on the application form. It is a fixed scoring rubric configured by our administrators — it is not artificial intelligence, and it does not learn from previous applicants.
- Scoring considers job-related factors such as language proficiency, relevant sales experience, high-value sales experience, CRM experience, industry experience and availability against the posted schedule.
- Written scenario answers and the optional audio introduction may receive manual scores entered by a reviewer.
- Review flags can mark a record as needing human attention, for example a possible duplicate application.
- A score or ranking never creates an offer and never rejects an applicant on its own.
- Authorized recruitment personnel make every hiring decision, together with the relevant hiring organization.
If you have a question about how your application was reviewed, contact careers@healthsalescareers.com or privacy@healthsalescareers.com. Where the law gives you a right to information about automated processing, we will respond to that request.
We do not represent the scoring rubric as unbiased, error-free or independently audited. It is decision-support for human reviewers.
7. How Information Is Disclosed
- Authorized HealthSales Careers recruitment personnel
- Authorized hiring personnel at the participating companies considering your application
- Cloud hosting, database and file-storage providers that run the recruitment platform
- A transactional email provider used to deliver recruitment correspondence
- Professional advisers, such as legal counsel, where needed
- Legal, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is required
- Parties to a legitimate business transaction such as a merger or transfer of the recruitment operation, where permitted by law and subject to appropriate protection
Access inside the platform is limited by role. Recruiters and super administrators can review applicant records; hiring managers can see only the applicants assigned to them; internal notes marked internal are further restricted. Uploaded resumes, cover letters and audio files are held in private storage and are reachable only through short-lived links issued to authorized personnel.
We do not publish vendor credentials or detailed security architecture on this page.
8. Selling, Sharing, Advertising and Marketing
Our advertising, analytics and marketing behavior is under verification. Until that review is complete we do not publish an absolute statement about selling or sharing. What we can state today is operational: application data is used for recruitment, and no advertising or marketing audience upload is part of the application workflow.
Applicant information is not added to patient or consumer promotional marketing lists merely because someone submits an employment application.
10. Data Retention
How long an application record is kept depends on the recruitment purpose it still serves, the applicant's status, applicable employment-record obligations, potential or actual legal claims, legal holds, requirements of the participating organization involved, the retention policy configured by our administrators, and our security and audit obligations.
Applicant records are generally retained for up to 12 months after the relevant recruitment activity or decision, unless a longer period is required or permitted for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, a legal hold, or another legitimate recruitment purpose.
How different records are treated
- Submitted applications remain available to authorized recruitment personnel while the application is under consideration.
- Rejected or withdrawn applications are retained for the period needed for recordkeeping and legal-claim purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
- Records for applicants who are hired by a participating organization may be retained under that organization's employment recordkeeping requirements.
- Temporary uploads from applications that are never submitted are removed on a short cycle.
- Communication logs and email delivery records are retained to evidence recruitment correspondence.
- Security and audit records are retained separately, may outlive the application record, and are limited to what is needed for accountability.
- Anonymized records no longer identify an applicant and may be retained for operational reporting.
A legal hold placed on a record suspends deletion and anonymization until the hold is cleared. A deletion request does not override retention that is legally required, needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or covered by an active legal hold; where that applies we tell you and delete the record once the obligation ends.
11. Security, Applicant Rights and Requests
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of recruitment information: access is role-restricted and enforced at the database level, uploaded files are stored privately rather than on public URLs, administrative activity is recorded in an append-only audit log, and privileged actions are limited to a small number of authorized accounts. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not promise perfect security.
We do not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO or encryption certification, and we do not claim regulatory approval or endorsement of this platform.
Requests you can make
- Ask for access to the application information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your application record
- Ask us to anonymize your record instead of deleting it
- Ask for a copy of your application data in a portable file
- Ask for information about how your application was processed
- Withdraw your application from consideration
- Ask us to review information you believe is inaccurate
- Exercise other rights available where you live
The tools that fulfil these requests exist in our administrative system: authorized personnel can export a complete copy of an applicant record, anonymize it, or permanently delete it together with the stored files.
Send requests to privacy@healthsalescareers.com. Rights vary by jurisdiction and can be subject to verification, legal exceptions and recordkeeping obligations.
Before we act on a request we take reasonable steps to confirm that the request comes from you or your authorized agent, generally by matching details already in your application and corresponding through the contact information on file. We do not describe those checks in more detail here, because doing so would help someone impersonate an applicant.
