A recruiter reviews your application against the qualifications for the role. Every decision is made by a person.

Phone screening
A short call about your sales background, availability and what you are looking for.

Mock sales call
A realistic sample conversation so we can see how you listen, explain and handle hesitation.

Final interview
A conversation with the hiring team about goals, expectations and the participating company you would support.

Offer and onboarding
Qualified candidates who complete the interview process may receive additional onboarding instructions, including compensation, schedule, start date, and script training.
