Key Responsibilities
- Call, text and email inbound leads who requested information about a procedure
- Qualify interest, budget expectations and timing with a consultative approach
- Share approved general information about available services, pricing structures, and financing options, and refer clinical questions to qualified clinical personnel
- Book and confirm consultations for the participating company
- Follow up persistently and professionally with leads who go quiet
- Handle price and hesitation objections without pressure tactics
- Log every call, note and outcome in the CRM the same day
- Hit weekly conversation, booking and revenue-contribution targets
- Protect patient privacy and follow every script and compliance rule
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of phone-based sales, appointment setting or lead follow-up experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- A clear, warm phone presence and genuine listening ability
- Comfort working toward daily and weekly sales targets
- Experience using a CRM to manage a pipeline
- Reliable high-speed internet, a modern computer and a quality headset
- A quiet, private workspace free of interruptions during shifts
- Legal authorization to work in your country of residence
Preferred Experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Dental, plastic surgery, medical or aesthetics sales experience
- Experience selling services priced above three thousand dollars
- Experience discussing patient financing options
- Experience in a high-volume outbound or inbound call environment

- Remote-capable position with a scheduled shift and defined coverage hours.
